Elena Agostini received her Ph.D. in computer science and engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in collaboration with the National Research Council of Italy. She is currently a senior software engineer at NVIDIA. Her research interests include high-performance interconnects, GPUDirect technologies, network protocols, fast packet processing, and DOCA. Elena's current focus is on the NVIDA GPUDirect technologies applied to Aerial, a set of SDKs that enable GPU-accelerated, software-defined, 5G wireless RANs. She is also a DPDK contributor.
